Are you a recently qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next career move? If so, a leading Commercial Law firm based in Chester city centre is seeking a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing and well-regarded team.

The firm is well established and attracts top calibre employees and clients alike.

You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work with a range of clients including commercial banks, developers and corporations as well as individual and corporate clients.

You will manage a mixed case load which will include the likes of landlord/tenant, environment matters, construction, disposal and acquisition.

You will ideally be NQ - 2 years PQE and will have previous experience managing a case load of Commercial Property transactions.

Salary will be in the region of 28,000 + DOE, together with excellent benefits. The firm also offer excellent training and development together with genuine scope for career progression.
