Driven Property Paralegal sought for a rapidly-expanding firm located near Pitton!

Our client is currently in search of a talented paralegal who is experienced in either residential or commercial property matters to join its office located in the Pitton area. When joining, the successful paralegal will be assisting and supporting fee earners specialising in property and in the long term, you will progress to become a fee-earning property paralegal.

Responsibilities
  • Agricultural property and tenancies
  • Business sales
  • Drafting, negotiating, renewing and assigning commercial leases
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Site acquisition
  • Property litigation
  • Remortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Equity release scheme
  • Shared ownership
  • Property at auctions
The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from paralegals with a minimum of three years’ experience
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Have a flexible approach and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail
