Are you a Company/Commercial Solicitor, based near Coventry, and looking to work for a firm with an excellent reputation?
An opportunity has arisen for a Company/Commercial solicitor to join a leading law firm, based near Coventry. The multi award winning firm are looking to recruit into their growing team, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a range of clients
The Role
You will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to the firm's on a mixed caseload of company/commercial matters, enjoying significant responsibility and autonomy from the outset, with the support of more senior colleagues. The role will see you running transactions from the outset to completion.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years PQE in Co/Co law ideally, however there is a degree of flexibility with this. If you feel you have the relevant experience you are urged to apply.
Experience of transactional experience is essential, exposure to banking and finance would also be beneficial.
You will be supported and encouraged to develop specialist knowledge and additional skills to further your own career and the reputation of the team- Excellent people and client care skills
