The Commercial Litigation Solicitor position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving team. There will be a particular focus on breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctive work, financial services litigation and IT disputes.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will:
- Qualified solicitor NQ upwards
- Good technical knowledge and experience in all Commercial Litigation matters is essential.
- You must also be able to work in a fast paced environment.
