This is an excellent opportunity for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor to join the growing team of a multi award winning, defendant legal 500, top tier firm based in Bristol.

The firm require a solicitor ideally 3-5 (PQE) but will look outside the bracket slightly either way. You will have experience in handling a wide range of cases at all stages of the litigation process. Whilst defendant clinical negligence experience is desirable, if you are a claimant clinical negligence solicitor looking to move into defendant work, please do get in touch

Duties include:
- Acting for insurers on a wide range of multi track clinical negligence claims.
- Drafting solicitor reports to clients.
- Regular telephone negotiations with opposing lawyers.
- Consistently meeting and often exceeding time and cost targets.
- Handle a challenging caseload of high value defendant clinical negligence work.
