Your new role
You will be joining a small in-house team offering the company non-contentious construction knowledge and experience.This role will involve providing legal advice and risk management to all four business streams, Techology, Construction and Development and Fit Out. You will be well versed in risk management, ensuring that all legal risks are identified, understood and communicated to the business teams. Ensuring that sales teams and business units are not signing up to contracts that are high risk. You will have strong contract negotiation skills dealing with letters of intent, collateral agreements (warranties), novation agreements, bonds and parent company guarantees.
What you'll need to succeed
LLB or GDL with LPC and ideally you will have five years worth of contracts manager experience specifically dealing with JCT contracts.
