A Top 100 firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work in their Guildford based practice. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation and have several offices across London & Surrey, employing over 300 staff. They offer a supportive and collegiate working environment with excellent career prospects.
My client is an award wining top 100 firm with an excellent reputation. Well ranked in the Legal 500 over their commercial practice areas, they are considered to be a market leading firm and have enjoyed exceptional growth in recent years. They have a reputation for developing their staff and place an emphasis on promoting from within their ranks. Due to an increase in the demand for their services in Surrey, they are looking for a strong technical Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Guildford team.
The successful candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with over 3 years' PQE. My client is flexible regarding background, but in addition to general commercial property advice, your experience should include development agreements, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and joint ventures.
