Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Ipswich office, Suffolk.

You will deal with a mixed workload of Corporate and Commercial work including: mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and transactions, corporate finance, terms of sale and purchase, joint ventures, insolvency, compliance issues.

This is a Legal 500-tiered department, so the quality of work will be high, and you will work with a varied and exciting client base. Due to the reputation of the firm, you can expect to work within a range of sectors areas with existing and returning clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with around 2 - 5 years PQE
• Experience working with Corporate organisations will be a key element of the role.
• You should have a good billings history.
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress.
• You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team.
• You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects.
