Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Ipswich office, Suffolk.

You will deal with a mixed caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters, both non-contentious and contentious matters including: mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and transactions, terms of sale and purchase, joint ventures, insolvency, breach of contract, professional negligence, contracts negotiation, data protection.

This is a Legal 500-tiered department, so the quality of work will be high, and you will work with a varied and exciting client base. Due to the reputation of the firm, you can expect to work within a range of sectors areas with existing and returning clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You will have excellent technical knowledge
• You should have a good billings history and excellent client care skills
• You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team
• You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects
