Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary up to £45,000
A highly regarded regional Legal 500 Law Firm have partnered with Douglas Scott in the search for the "Top Talent" in the London market, within the Real Estate arena. With a strong regional presence they are now looking to even further, strenghthen their Real Estate department with the addition of ideally an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor. You will be reporting into a former partner and will be mentored/developed into an insightful solicitor with experience dealing with high value work.
In this role you will be providing legal advice and guidance to commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters including advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client's matter, preparing reports on file and researching points as required, responding to client queries as appropriate.
You will be given the opportunity to progress and develop your career both personally and professionally. They are ideally looking for the successful candidate to be able to pick up quality focused work with their highly respected clients and add value to the team from Day 1.
Candidates must be qualified with the ideal candidate being between 0-2 years PQE. Residential Conveyancers looking to make the transition may be considered but the ideal candidate will be working within Commercial property.
