Working closely with other fee earners within the team, you will prove to be professional, personable and detail-orientated.

• Parental responsibility proceedings
• Emergency applications and orders
• Care proceedings
• Adoption

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE in childcare matters
• Expertise within the full remit of childcare proceedings is essential
• Law Society’s Child Panel Accreditation or working towards this qualification is required
• Membership of Resolution or a similar professional body would be advantageous
• Able to work well in a team and have good time management and organisational skills
