Senior Legal Officer (Employment Law)

Rights of Women seeks a committed and passionate woman* lawyer to manage and deliver our new legal advice service for women in the area of employment law. The new service will be aimed at supporting women experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace.

This exciting development for Rights of Women has been made possible through funding from the Rosa (Justice and Equality Fund) which is inspired by the #metoo campaign and TIME’S UP movement.

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of employment law and practice, in particular harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Your responsibilities when you join our small team will include setting up a new legal advice telephone service, developing policy work and the recruitment, support and supervision of a team of women volunteers.

You will be committed to our vision to achieve equality, justice and safety for all women.

Closing date for applications: Friday 18^th January 2018 5pm

Interviews: Thursday 24^th January 2018 and Friday 25^th January 2018
