An exciting opportunity has become available for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE within the Family to join their busy and well respected Legal 500 recommended Care team in their Chesterfield office on a full or part time basis

This role will deal with a variety of public child care work including child protection issues, child abduction and special guardianship and the successful candidate will be required to represent clients at Court and have confidence in undertaking advocacy, whilst able to demonstrate continuous professional development.
This is a client facing role and would be ideal for an individual who has excellent all round communication skills and who is committed to building a long-term career within the care team and establishing yourself in the local market. You will also be required to represent clients at Court and have confidence in conducting your own Advocacy.
- Managing your own caseload appropriate to your level of experience

- Possess strong advocacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
