Casualty Solicitor

We are looking to attract a solicitor to join a well-established casualty team within the London area.

The job role involves handling your own caseload of multi-track and fast track EL/PL cases on behalf of the firm's clients. You will be expected to handle these cases from start to finish, you will also be interviewing clients and witnesses, attending conferences, applications and trails as well as instructing experts and resolving issues.

This role is based within an knowledgeable team and it will provide the opportunity to gain exposure in the large loss area of casualty work.
We are keen to hear from candidates that share the firms values of team work, courage and motivations alongside this, previous experience of handling an EL/PL caseload. A high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information effectively is essential.

Although Defendant personal injury experience is preferred, this firm is happy to consider candidates with claimant experience and the aptitude, drive and determination to work at cutting edge of defence litigation.
