A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with this firm in London at their new waterfront offices.
Our client is a long established (100 years+) and well respected full service law firm. They have a medium sized Commercial Property team that deals with a good mix of commercial transactions.
There is plenty of work and as such they are looking to add to the team, dealing with sales, purchases, landlord & tenant, lease renewals, etc. The firm operates a generous bonus scheme, with fee earners earning substantial figures in recent years.
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- 5 or more years’ PQE
- Experienced dealing with the London market
- A technically sound practitioner, ideally motivated by surpassing targets and earning generous bonus payments.
