The Role

Because the firm is growing, they are looking for a Commercial Legal Secretary for their Banbury office.

The Commercial team is headed up by the Managing Partner and owner of the firm, who is an incredible Commercial Solicitor. The team deals with work across: trading agreements, standard terms of business, competition rules, trade marks, patents and IP, corporate insolvency and business recovery, loans and guarantees and more.

You will have a hands on role supporting a committed and enthusiastic team of Commercial Solicitors, including the Managing Partner of the firm, which is a very exciting role. You will produce all documentation, digital audio type, filing, telephone support, book meetings and appointments, and much more in a friendly and family feel environment.
