Residential Conveyancer

An established legal practice based in Birkenhead are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to add to their team. The firm are based close to excellent transport links and have an excellent reputation in the local area.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with all aspects of Sale and Purchase transactions. Your case load will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and help to buy.

Salary is in the region of 25,000 - 32,000 depending on experience. The role would suit someone wishing to work either full time or 4 days per week.
