Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a well-established, Legal-500 firm? Do you want to handle a caseload of files from start to finish? If so, this role in either Durham or Gosforth could be for you!
Our client is a well-known regional firm and has a strong reputation across the board. The residential conveyancing team is equally as successful and offers a broad range of services to a loyal and established client base.
Joining this team, you will be handling a busy caseload from start to finish, including sale and purchase of both property and land, remortgages, new build, re-possessions, auction packs, transfers of equity and more.

Our client envisages the successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to have upwards of 2 years' PQE and the ability to run a broad range of conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision. This is, however, given purely as a guideline.
