Employment Solicitor - NQ - 2 years PQE

An excellent new role has just become available for a NQ Employment Solicitor to join a thriving Legal 500 firm based in Blackburn. This is the perfect opportunity for a NQ Employment Solicitor who wants to kick start their newly qualified career with a brilliant firm and department who have an excellent reputation. The NQ Employment Solicitor will have the opportunity to run their own caseload of respondent Employment matters. This will involve liaising with the firms clients as well as taking an active role with networking and business development. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a commercial approach to their work, along with a strong passion for Employment Law. The NQ Employment Solicitor must be able to work well within a team and provide support to our clients on any HR or employment issue they may have in a prompt manner, whilst delivering commercial solutions. It is also desirable that you are able to help the team promote its services through business development. You will be expected to advise and assist with dispute resolution between employers and employees, whilst fulfilling your duties in line with the firms' policies and procedures. The NQ Employment Solicitor must be able to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and have the ability to communicate and advise confidently.
