Employment Solicitor, 2-3 yrs PQE

A new opportunity is available for a 2-3 year PQE Employment Solicitor to join a nationwide practice. Salary competitive, dependant on experience.

Our client is a leading, Legal 500 law firm that has an excellent reputation and numerous rankings in the legal 500 and Chambers directories. They are currently looking for an Employment Solicitor with 2-3 Yrs. PQE to join their highly successful Employment team based in North Yorkshire.

Working closely with an established team the chosen Employment Solicitor will be involved in a range of Employment matters, making a significant contribution to the development of the Employment team which is award-winning. Work will include TUPE issues in transactional work (including due diligence) and on outsourcing Employment termination, including compromise and other settlement agreements, as well as taxation implications and avoidance.

The department is innovative and seeking to find ways of developing its offering and services to clients harnessing all modern technologies. The team is friendly and cohesive and is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, bright professional in response to increasing volumes of work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a niche case load which mainly consists within the healthcare sector.
