Job Details

Opportunity to join a Top 200 firm and a Legal 500 listed Property Litigation department based in central Liverpool who have a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England who have shown a dedicated commitment to a work/life balance.

The team is made up of 10 staff split over 2 offices and you will be working with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner & 2 Paralegals. Work is a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work with a mix of dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims. Ideally you will be a senior solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE+ and have the experience of dealing with high value and complex transactions.

Salary based on PQE level however will be between the £40k - £60k mark. Tremendous chance to deal with top tier work in a friendly commercial environment.
