Due to an influx of work, a Regional law firm based in Chelmsford is currently seeking to hire an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their fastest growing department.
Operating for over 150 years across the Essex region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
You will need to be able to handle the broad range of Private Client work including: wills, probate, Court of protection, tax planning - including lifetime discretionary trusts, care home fees planning, advice for later life and the elderly and LPA's.
The Private Client team consists of 16 staff which includes; 7 Partner, 4 Solicitors, 3 Paralegal and 2 Legal Secretaries so support will always be provided for the Solicitor when required.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
