The Role

The firm are seeking an Associate for their Commercial and Residential Property department with at least 8 years PQE.

The role is specifically in the department's Health and Social Care team where you will manage a team providing a mix of both commercial and residential property support to a supported living sector client.

The Commercial and Residential Property department is a particular focus for this firm in terms of expansion and they are particularly looking for an experienced person to successfully manage this team. As well as being a team leader, you will be responsible for running your own caseload, providing advice and drafting documents such as contracts, transfers and completion statements.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the positive team spirit, have a common sense approach and be keen to maintain personal development.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• You should have strong technical knowledge and team leader/project management experience
• You should have first class client service skills
