Accredited by the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), this renowned team are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Conveyancer to join this busy and award-winning Residential Property team.

The successful candidate's duties will include:

• Managing an agreed caseload of clients in consultation with the Department Manager
• Drafting search reports and mortgage reports under the supervision of a conveyancer
• Sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters.
• Processing conveyance transactions through to completion
• Dealing with post completion matters
• Networking with clients with the aim of increasing the current Residential Conveyancing offering
