Commercial Solicitor - Leeds - NQ-4yr PQE
This Leeds based Top 200 firm is looking to take on a Commercial Solicitor to provide dedicated commercial contract advice to a variety of healthcare clients.
The role will suit an ambitious Commercial Solicitor wanting to deal with a wide range of healthcare commercial matters for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector. The role is responsible for providing, drafting, negotiation and reviewing advice in respect to their commercial contracts.
You will be given plenty of client responsibility and exposure but at the same time be part of a supportive team environment.
The work will include:-
* Supporting commercial and procurement work for NHS bodies, local authorities and private sector health providers
* Advising on commercial contracting structures, dealing with major transactions, mergers and acquisitions involving health bodies;
* Supporting and advising on public procurement processes
* Advising on public bodies' governance and constitutional issues
