Capital Markets / AIM Solicitor 5 yrs PQE+
Central London
Rare opportunity to focus and specialise on mainly AIM work with other Standard List / ISDX work available as well as wider restructuring and JVs matters.
You should have gained a solid grounding within a regarded Corporate team with exposure to private equity, IPO's (onto AIM and ISDX) as well as taking AIM companies through the process of progression onto Standard Lists.
Focusing on the AIM market work you would be expected to lead on IPOs and Listings including all aspects of the verification, disclosure and due diligence processes, through the acquisition/disposal of assets/shares and onto completion.
Ideally you will have gained AIM exposure in pharma and bio-technology sectors as this firm has strong client representation here (wider exposure is of course on offer).
Strong national and international corporate team with excellent client base, but without the all-hours culture of other City practices.
