Case Manager- ASAP start

We are looking for experienced case managers to join a statutory regulator. This role requires a quick start, the ideal candidate will be available immediately.

Anyone with a case management background will be well suited for the role. Previous experience within a regulatory environment would be helpful. Applications from experienced paralegals and lawyers qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions are very welcome.

The successful candidate will hold a busy caseload, and will support the organisation’s key objective to protect the public through regulation.

The main tasks will be:

·         Drafting and sending notices;

·         Drafting voluntary removal agreements and conditions of practice orders;

·         Checking bundles for final hearings;

·         Completing initial case plans and instructing solicitors;

·         Performing risk assessments on receipt of new information;
