The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are looking for a Commercial/Corporate Paralegal to join their thriving London office in a unique, very exciting role.

The corporate and commercial teams are one of the world's largest. They have expertise in M&A's, joint ventures, recapitalizations, public and private debt and equity offerings, company secretarial support, corporate governance reviews, Charters, Policies and Procedures, across technology, manufacturing, financial services, energy, healthcare, infrastructure and more.

They accomplish Corporate and Commercial project goals on a national, local and international scale. They often have real world experience, making them dynamic and extremely commercially, as well as legally, aware.

This role is an exciting one. This will be a mixed role, you will need to have company secretarial skills as well as legal knowledge to do drafting, writing precedents, etc.

You will work closely with the Company Secretary and the PSL in the Corporate department, and will also engage in some general secretarial and admin tasks. This role has the potential to grow and to change going forwards. This will give you a potential opportunity to have a fluid and dynamic role in one of the best recognised and largest law firms in the world, meaning the chances for progression could be huge.
