The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Solicitor into their office in Cambridge.

You will be working in the commercial department dedicated to Intellectual Property matters, where you will provide commercial legal advice to a wide range of clients in the firms established sectors. This commercial role will focus on Intellectual Property matters including but not limited to: patents, trademarks, copyright, acquisitions and disposals of IP assets.

There will be the chance to work with international corporations, charities, financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

The IP team are highly regarded, and the successful individual will gain experience in acting for well known brands and companies, including giving strategic advice. This role will need an individual that excels at both technical ability and client care skills.

Requirements

• You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years PQE
• You will have excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills
