Job Details
A Residential Conveyancer (either Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal) is sought for a well established law firm based in Hartlepool. This is a great time to join a firm that is going through a period of organic growth. As a result career progression opportunities are realistic.
As a residential conveyancer you will be dealing with a mixed caseload including new build, part exchange, leasehold, buy to let and help to buy cases. Experience of working with estate agents’, builders’ and/or lenders’ panels would be an advantage.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have sufficient experience in a fee earning capacity, as you will need to hit the ground running.
