Part Time Employment Solicitor
Light up your career, opportunities for promotion and a strong work/life balance.
A talented and experienced Employment lawyer is required to join our team based at our Northampton office. This is a role that will grow with you, whilst closely supported by the Company Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property teams. Many of our commercial teams are recognised by Legal 500, and you will enjoy close business development support from colleagues. The successful candidate will undertake a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work for employer clients. There is a mix of employer and employee work.
Reporting to the Head of Employment the successful candidate will:
- Possess a strong background in Employment law, with a bias towards non contentious employer work
- Possess excellent technical and client care skills
- Be a team player and able to manage a full caseload
Ideally you will work 2½ or 3 days per week, however, working on Thursdays and Fridays is essential.
Wilson Browne Solicitors is a friendly Lexcel Accredited, five office regional practice with a strong client base, loyal staff members and what we think is the perfect mix of varied, good calibre work and a strong work/life balance. The firm is the Northamptonshire Law Society Large Law firm of the Year 2017-18 (having won previously in 2015), and was Highly Commended at the 2018 Law Society Excellence Awards in two categories.
