The Role

The firm's industry leading team are looking for a Financial Services Payment Solicitor 2 - 6 years PQE to join their Manchester City Centre office.

The Financial team act for high profile clients, including banks, IT framework and payment providers, advising on payment systems, regulation and mobile payments. They also act on cutting edge matters involving new legislation and the development of new banking products and methods for their clients.

In this role, you will handle your own matters under supervision and assist the team on high profile and value matters with providing strategic and commercial advice, drafting or reviewing terms and conditions, advising on compliance issues and banking processes and providing client training. You will also be invited to get involved in business development and contribute to the direction of the team.

Requirements:

• Must be a Financial Services Payment Solicitor (ideally 2 - 6 years PQE)
• At least a 2:1 degree classification
• Technical experience gained within a Financial Services team
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Strong communication and organisational skills, and enjoys working under pressure
