Residential Conveyancer - Some Flexible Working

A very strong and highly regarded multi-office regional practice is eager to appoint an additional residential conveyancing practitioner to help support the firms' expansion drive and be based at the practices' office in South West Birmingham.

This well-established firm has offices throughout the West Midlands and it is well known for being one of the regions' stronger offerings, having forged solid links with local businesses and individuals. The practice is particularly proud of having gained a reputation for serving the local community due to it being able to offer the full spectrum of legal services and it is held in high regard within the locality.

The practice continues to enjoy a sustained increase in instructions across a number of sectors and is now keen to appoint an additional experienced residential conveyancing practitioner to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters comprising sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, title checking, shared ownership schemes right to buy and lease extensions. The firm is open to speaking with both qualified and non-qualified practitioners as long as they have a minimum of 3 years' experience of handling their own residential conveyancing caseload and are able to act with a large degree of autonomy. Some experience of dealing with HNW property transactions would be advantageous although this is by no means a pre-requisite as you will benefit from structured training and development from the firms' very experienced Head of Residential Property on an ongoing basis.

You will also have the opportunity of contributing to further growing the practice by undertaking business development, marketing and networking to increase your client base and enhance both yours' and the firms' standing in the local area.
