The successful candidate for this position will be joining a well respected team advising companies on a broad range of issues such as share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, partnership arrangements, franchise agreements and Intellectual property matters. The team works across a variety of sectors and enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of their commercial advice.

Any applicants will be expected to show strong academics as well as the required practical experience of working within a commercial law department at a city, national or large regional practice. It is envisaged you will be able to demonstrate at least 1 years PQE.
