The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Leasehold Solicitor into their flourishing West End, London office.

The firm has a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own caseload of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.

This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established firm that has real ambition to continue to grow.

Requirements

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
