In-House Assistant Lawyer required to join my client's dynamic and innovative company. The business are a leading, international medical products manufacturer based in beautiful Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Lawyer looking to either make their first move in-house or continue their industry focused career.

This position will suit a Lawyer with strong commercial acumen and ability to look at the bigger picture, as you will be required to draft and review commercial contracts, advising on regulatory affairs and legal requirements across the whole business, incorporating their European sites. You will negotiate and prepare agreements with regard to supply, distribution and confidentiality and be expected to voice improvement strategy for legal documentation within the Group and assist with the completion of global regulatory projects for clients. Alongside the commercial focus on offer here, you will assist with the Groups Intellectual Property portfolio and liaise with Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys externally.

This is a particularly exciting and somewhat rare opportunity as the business have scope to accommodate newly qualified Solicitors, alongside those with some PQE under their belt. A friendly working environment is accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package.
