The Role

The firm are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their Leeds office.

With premier legal rankings and noted practitioners, this team have unrivalled expertise in the commercial advice they provide to their clients, including banks, turnaround professionals, underperforming businesses and distressed lenders.

You will therefore have access to the best national quality work and learn from leaders in their field and handle a wide and ranging caseload including bank security reviews, bank and investor led restructuring, turnarounds, LPA receivership appointments, business sales and acquisitions, as well as advising on technical insolvency issues and director's duties.

A Solicitor with a background in banking and/or corporate would also be considered for this role.

Requirements:

• You will be a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (no upper limit)
• You must have relevant experience
• You should have excellent legal and drafting skills
• The ability to develop relationships and foster new ones would be beneficial
