Your new role
This family solicitor role is at senior associate or junior partner level. The position will see you join a well established team that has a reputation for handling quality, privately funded matrimonial work. The role offers the opportunity for the right individual to become an equity partner within a clearly defined period of time.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a family lawyer operating at senior associate or partner level. Whilst you do not need to have a guaranteed client following, it is important that you have well honed business development skills and the ability to win and develop new business. You should also have the ability and willingness to take on the running of the department either immediately or in time.
What you'll get in return
This is an extremely rare senior family role that does not require a following. You can expect a soft landing as there is a good amount of work for you to pick up. The salary is very much negotiable depending on your experience, your connections and your added value.
