Are you an exceptionally talented lawyer?

The opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and talented lawyer to join a Top 500 firm and diverse and friendly team working as part of their National Fast Track Centre. If you enjoy putting right the wrongdoings caused by others, take pride in delivering a high quality service, thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment and are seeking a new challenge with a leading law firm, this position is not to be missed.

Their team of lawyers combine their exceptional communication and client care skills with their technical legal expertise when handling high volumes of interesting cases. In terms of experience, we are looking for someone who has previously handled and valued personal injury claims.

You will progress a range of Personal Injury Fast Track Portal claims (including Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability and Public Liability cases) through to final settlement. Day to day you will be evaluating and making decisions on cases, considering medical evidence, assessing quantum and advising the client and negotiating settlements. You will be responsible for ensuring the swift settlement of cases in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) portal or litigating cases in Stage 3. In addition to regular support and supervision, you will be given the tools (including robust processes, procedures, systems and ongoing development) to thrive in the role and refine your professional toolkit.

Who are they?
They are a law firm with a difference. With nearly 100 years’ experience of successfully representing clients of injury and mistreatment, they work tirelessly to support the Trade Union and Labour Movement and the people they represent. They have built a diverse team of professionals who take immense pride in the work they undertake. They pride themselves on being "the most experienced trade union, claimant personal injury and employment rights law firm in the UK", an accolade that comes from their excellence in client care and their commitment to ensuring their people have access to the very best supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities.

By providing an inclusive environment, they ensure that individually and collectively they flourish to be the best they can be.

Their benefits include an exceptional benefits package on top of a very competitive salary. You will also find a collaborative and friendly working environment and an excellent work/life balance.
They believe that attracting talent that reflects the diversity of the communities within which they live and work is a key part of their business, which is why they are an equal opportunities employer.
