Private Client Legal Assistant. This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant to join an award winning private practice law firm as part of their Private Client Department providing a first class wills, probate and trusts service to clients through Hampshire.

The Private Client Team
This is an established and expanding Private Client Team led by a Partner acting for a range of individuals on Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Trusts. They possess a broad range of PQE throughout their Private Client Department and require additional support.

The Role
To provide effective Private Client legal assistance to fee earners with their case loads.
Opening and closing files.
Dealing with clients on the telephone and in person.
Managing fee earner diaries.
Audio typing and office administration.
Full time 9am to 5.30pm

Requirements
Proven legal administration or legal secretarial skills.
Knowledge or interest in Private Client.
Previous Private Client experience, preferred.
Excellent keyboard and typing skills.
Positive attitude.
Well organised

Salary £19,000 to £23,000 + Pension. This Private Client Legal Assistant role full time capacity at one of their offices in Hampshire, commutable from Emsworth, portsmouth and Fareham.
