They are currently in the market for a recently qualified Corporate Solicitor with good mergers and acquisitions experience to join their award-winning team in Manchester.

Existing clients of the firm include FTSE 100 companies and finance institutions as well as several household names in the energy, retails and consumer sectors.

NQ - 2 PQE solicitors be considered for the role provided they have solid corporate experience gained from a reputable regional or national firm.

Solicitors looking to work in an exciting environment for dynamic corporate team are urged to apply. Alongside transactional M & A work, the new recruit will be expected to undertake a general mix of other interesting work including company compliance, company incorporations, corporate restructuring, management buy outs and shareholder advice.
