The Role

This firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor 1 - 4 years PQE to join their established Leeds office.

The firm's Property Litigation practice is one of the largest in the UK and the teams have extensive and unrivalled expertise in this area of law. They handle a range of real estate disputes including break notices, dilapidation, forfeiture, recovery of rent arrears, land registry issues, landlord's consent issues, lease renewals, possession claims, service charges issues, restricted covenants and property related insolvency, as well as niche areas such as property related telecommunication issues, judicial review and agricultural law.

In this role you will enjoy a broad range of commercial real estate litigation and advisory work. In particular, you will work with the team on its development constraints and owner/occupier portfolio work.
