Job Details
A Residential property solicitor or legal executive is required for this reputed full service law firm in Newton Abbot, Devon.
You will handle a full caseload of sales and purchases of registered and unregistered land, freehold & leasehold titles, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
You should ideally be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least two years' experience. You should be willing to lend a hand managing more junior staff members as and when required, although this will not make up the main bulk of your role.
Candidates familiar with business development and networking are encouraged to apply, although more importantly you should have a friendly and approachable manner when dealing with local agents and clients.
