Legal Executive/Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive OR Solicitor with litigation expertise to join a large progressive international practice at its Bristol offices. The role sits within the practices’ thriving property subsidence team, handling claims arising from damage to properties caused by either trees, escape of water or failed foundations. The role is primarily Claimant based, handling fast-track and multi-track files.
Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives, confident in managing their own caseload of high value and complex litigious matters. Applicants from property insurance litigation and commercial litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
