Job Details
Child Care Solicitor - A Northampton law firm requires a Child Care solicitor to work on a maternity cover contract. The Child Care Solicitor role will manage a case load of public law that includes care & supervision, EPOs, Interim Care Orders, special guardianship and adoption.
Essentially, the successful Child Care Solicitor will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and advocacy skills. A good knowledge of child care and family law is required, as is a professional yet compassionate approach to your work.
Previous experience of working as a solicitor in Child Care is essential.
