We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property lawyer to join our Legal 500 recognised team based at our Kettering office.

Initially the role will be on a fixed term basis for 12 months, with a view to a permanent role to follow. There is every expectation that the successful applicant will make the role their own, as the team continues to grow. Wilson Browne Solicitors are the current NLS Large Law Firm of the Year; were Highly Commended in two categories by the national Law Society; and the commercial property team is one of the largest in the county.

This would ideally suit a qualified solicitor, FILEX or CILEX Associate with at least two years PQE as it is a role with client exposure and responsibility from day one.  It is a rare opportunity to join such a highly regarded team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial property matters including all aspects of real estate acquisitions, portfolio managements, commercial landlord and tenant work and developments and disposal transactions, together with offering Commercial Property support to the firm’s Corporate Commercial Team.

Experience of Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts and Corporate Support would also be beneficial, but not essential.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong technical ability and be able to manage own caseload.
