This highly-regarded regional located in Central London has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, building on their corporate and commercial expertise and penetrating both the Regional, National and International market. I am looking for an Employment Solicitor to head up and build the Employment Law department within a 10 Partner Tech City firm. Salary negotiable and competitive depending on previous experience and background.

We are looking for someone who is looking be part of facilitating the growth of this practice - The chosen Head of Employment will be part of the small senior team adding advice and expertise as they go through a new exciting, yet challenging, phase in their growth. You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues and have experience in preparing and representing on employment tribunal matter. Typical daily duties will include but may not be limited to; disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, performance management, TUPE and employment tribunal litigation.

We are looking for candidates with upwards of 8 years' PQE, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate you hold the right skills to fulfil the role.

The successful Employment Solicitor will have complete autonomy over how you develop the employment practice, and you will work with the team to develop the brand through business development and marketing. You will require up to date Employment Law knowledge and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
