Senior Commercial Property Lawyer-
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a leading legal 500 commercial practice in Coventry.
You will be responsible for handling and running an existing caseload as well as developing further work for the department and files will include;
- Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property
- Negotiating commercial leases
- Property finance
- Handling commercial property developments
- Sales of property at auction
The successful commercial property solicitor should be circa 8+ PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered along with chartered legal executive)
