An International law firm are looking to recruit a Senior Associate in Corporate for their London office. This is a first rate opportunity for an ambitious, driven lawyer to join a City firm working with blue chip clients and high value corporate transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a leading firm, in senior position. You will have 5 years + experience in Corporate / predominately M&A transactions. Work is generally good quality and deals are typically deals mid market £50 - £250m M&A transactions.

You will also provide clients with a range of corporate advice and governance matters so ideally you will have wide ranging, high quality experience, ideally gained from either a City, top regional or national law firm.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will take a lead role and work closely with Partners, whilst also working autonomously. It is therefore essential that you are able to build client relationships and be an interactive team member.
