A strong regional law firm in Chesterfield seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
My client, a highly reputable multi-site law firm, seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and growing team.
The firm have a solid client base and pride itself on their reputation for outstanding client care. Types of clients you may deal with include property management companies, investors, developers and lenders.
The work undertaken includes commercial property acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & Tenant matters, property finance and development projects.
My client has multi positions within the team due to growth, so will consider all candidates from NQ level upwards.
